1. Return Policy

We do not accept returns on food products once delivered, to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers. However, we offer support in the following cases:

  • Damaged or tampered packaging upon delivery

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Expired or spoilt product (with valid proof)

If you receive a product with any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Verified delivery of a wrong or damaged product

  • Product is proven to be expired or unsafe for consumption

To request a refund, please email us at kamarkatsrini@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the damaged/incorrect product

  • Brief description of the issue

Once we verify your request, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. No Refunds/Returns for:
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delay caused by courier service (unless the product is damaged)

  • Products opened or partially consumed

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the preparation or packaging process begins, cancellations are not accepted.
