1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
You received the wrong item.
The product was damaged during delivery.
The product was expired or spoilt upon delivery (must be reported immediately with proof).
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with photo or video proof of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Delay in delivery caused by courier or natural circumstances
Products opened, used, or consumed
Orders cancelled after the preparation/dispatch process has started
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
